Order Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
This order cancellation, return and refund policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") applies only to lipro products (hereinafter referred to as "this product") purchased directly from the official online store of Zhuhai Ruran Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
If you have purchased through other channels, please contact the retailer from which you purchased the product directly for returns, etc.
Article 2 (Cancellation of Ordered Products)
We will accept cancellations before the product is shipped.
If the product you ordered is already in the preparation stage for shipping, it may be difficult to cancel at the time of your inquiry. In that case, please use the return procedure below.
Article 3 (Returns and Exchanges)
3.1. Returns and Refunds Due to Customer's Consequences
Returns due to customer's convenience will only be accepted if you contact the lipro Support Center within 30 days of the arrival date of the product. If the return is due to our deficiencies, such as damage to the product or incorrect delivery, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. If the product itself is not defective but the return is due to a problem with the installation location or the product does not match the intended usage, it will be considered a return due to customer convenience.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for returns due to customer convenience.
We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges depending on the condition of the product.
We cannot accept exchanges for reasons such as a problem with the installation location or the product not being suitable for the intended usage, even if the product is not defective.
Article 4 (Restrictions of these Terms)
Please note that we will refuse returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply to this product.
If the product was purchased from a store other than our official online store.
If you request a return or refund after the return and refund period set forth in Article 3 has expired. However, we will only accept returns or repairs if we deem it appropriate.
If you are unable to submit proof of purchase, or if the proof of purchase does not include the necessary information (store of purchase, date of purchase, model name, etc.) If the original packaging or accessories (including original packaging, manuals, and accessories) are not returned, or if the returned product is incomplete (missing accessories or instruction manual, etc.).
In the case of exterior damage or equipment failure caused intentionally or accidentally.
If the product's nameplate, SN barcode, or seal sticker has been removed or damaged and is unidentifiable or shows signs of tampering.
If the malfunction has occurred due to misuse that deviates from the instructions in the product's instruction manual or improper handling.
If the malfunction or failure is caused by modification, unauthorized repair, or the use of a product from another company.
If the product's outer box is scratched or damaged (excluding damage during logistics).
In the case of malfunction or damage caused by transportation after arrival of the product, dropping, impact, submersion in water when moving the product, etc.
In the case of damage caused by theft, loss/misplacement, fraud/embezzlement, or acts of harm by a third party.
In any other case in which we determine that the return is not possible.
Article 5 (lipro Support Center Contact)
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
