Shipping policy

Products ordered on the lipro official website (jp.lipro.com) are delivered within Japan only, in accordance with the following shipping policy.

1. Delivery Areas
We can deliver throughout Japan (including Okinawa Prefecture and some remote islands).
Delivery to certain areas may take longer than usual.

2. Carriers and Delivery Times
Shipments are made via our designated couriers (such as Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport).
We usually ship within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Products are normally delivered within 2–7 days of your order (this may vary depending on region and weather).

3. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping nationwide, at a single flat rate.
All orders are eligible, regardless of purchase amount.
There are no additional charges or fees whatsoever.

4. Shipping Notification
Once your product has shipped, we will send a "Shipment Completed" email (including a tracking number) to your registered email address.

5. Notes on Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, busy seasons, and similar factors.
If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a prolonged absence, refusal of receipt, or similar reasons, you may be required to bear the reshipping cost for redelivery.
