Q. Is professional installation required?

A. If you have a standard "hanging ceiling rosette" (ceiling wiring fixture), you can install it without tools or professional help. Simply twist and secure the adapter, then attach and twist the main unit. It supports round hanging rosettes, hook rosettes, and recessed rosettes.

Q. How can I check if it will fit my ceiling?

A. Please check the shape of your ceiling's wiring fixture. If it's a round hanging rosette or a rosette, installation is possible. We do not recommend "square hanging rosettes" as they can lead to unstable installation. If there is no wiring fixture, it is damaged, or the protrusion is too short, please consult an electrician.

Q. Is it too heavy and will it fall?

A. The lipro ceiling light weighs approximately 1.5-2.7kg for both 6-tatami and 8-tatami room sizes. The load capacity of a general hanging ceiling rosette is typically up to 5kg (up to 10kg under certain conditions), so you can use it with peace of mind.

About Tatami Mat Size and Brightness

Q. Should I choose the 6-tatami or 8-tatami room size?

A. Please choose according to the size of your room. The 6-tatami version has a total luminous flux of 3500lm (power consumption 55W, Φ400mm), and the 8-tatami version has 4000lm (power consumption 65W, Φ500mm). If you're unsure, it's safer to choose a slightly brighter option, as you can always dim it down.

Q. Can the brightness be adjusted?

A. Yes, it can be dimmed from 1% to 100%. You can adjust it to suit various scenarios, from bright lighting for tasks to subdued lighting before sleep.

Q. Can the light color be changed?

A. Yes, the color temperature can be adjusted from 3000K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight white). You can switch between different color temperatures depending on the time of day: white light (4000K) for studying or working, crisp daylight white (5000K) for household chores and activities, and warm white (3000K) before bed. The remote control also has mode buttons like "Study" (4000K) and "Relax" (3000K).

Q. Is blue light an issue?

A. The blue light safety complies with RG0 (TÜV certified), which is the safest class. In addition, it boasts high color rendering (Ra97+) similar to sunlight and a flicker-free design to suppress flickering (sunlight spectrum-reproducing LED light source, Powered by SunLike). Q. Is the remote control easy to use?

A. With the included remote control, you can adjust brightness and color temperature, and switch between modes like "Study," "Relax," and "Night Light" with a single button. The operating range is approximately 20m without obstacles.

Q. Can it be used with a wall switch even without the remote control?

A. Yes, it can. When you turn on the wall switch, it will light up, reproducing the brightness and color from before it was turned off (last memory). Also, by pressing the wall switch consecutively within 2 seconds, you can switch the color temperature.

Q. Does it have a timer?

A. You can set a 30-minute or 60-minute off-timer using the remote control. Setting it before bed eliminates worries about leaving it on.

Q. What is the lifespan?

A. The light source has a designed lifespan of approximately 40,000 hours. It is designed for long-term use under typical conditions.

Q. How do I maintain it?

A. Turn off the main power (wall switch) and, after the surrounding area has cooled down, wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid using volatile substances such as thinner or benzine, and do not wash with water.
